TEXT HERE This Mission had three locations: San Gabriel River in 1749, in Milam County San Marcos River 1755 This location on the Nueces River in 1762 for Lipan Apaches Abandoned 1769 100 Lipan-Apaches lived at the Mission. The Mission included a arge chapel made of thatch, a house, and possible other structures The Mission was abandoned due to inadiquate defence, raids by Comanches and Apaches.
